When an item is labeled "TOOL ONLY", that means the battery and charger are sold separately.
"OPEN BOX" means the item is new however, the box has been opened.
"USED" means the item is a lightly used customer returned item from a major department store.
"FOR PARTS" means the item is being sold as broken/for parts.
We only accept returns if the item is defective within a 30 day period. Free return shipping.
